Freshman Jack Castiglia had the second-best finish of the team and second-best round of the day as well. He shot a 1-over 73 on Tuesday to end the tournament tied for 51st with a score of 219.
Prenzlow's Perspective
Congrats to Joshua in another nice event as he played with great desire and commitment to each shot over the course of the 54-holes! As a team we really need to focus on on the task at hand and forget about past problems. We are carrying negative shots forward. Hopefully this was a great wake up call for us and we will have a good week of practice before heading in to our next event in Provo.
What's ahead
Northern Colorado has one more regular season tournament before the Big Sky Championship at the end of the month. The Bears final tune-up will take place in Provo, Utah at the BYU Cougar Classic over April 19-20. The 2019 Big Sky Championship is over April 26-28 at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada.
