UNC football returns to the field after its bye week to play at Idaho State

Northern Colorado will be well rested when they face the Bengals on Saturday, coming off of their bye week. The last time out, UNC fell to Portland State 38-30.Â
In the game against PSU, the Bears offense raked up the yardage, with a season best 497 yards. Jacob Knipp accounted for 427 of the offensive yards passing for 300 and running for another 127.Â
Idaho State is coming off of a 59-34 loss at Southern Utah last Saturday, The loss moved ISU's record to 3-5 overall and 2-3 in the Big Sky. The Bengals trailed early, going down 28-14 after the first quarter, but tried to mount a comeback cutting the lead to as little as eight before the half. SUU accumulated 501 yards against Idaho State with a balanced attack.Â
The Bengals are a perfect 3-0 at home this season including a pair of impressive wins over Portland State (51-24) and North Dakota (55-20).
