FINAL TOURNAMENT RESULTS

Fort Collins, CO - Morgan Sahm and Marisa Hisaki led the way as they both would fire even-par 72's in the final round of the Ram Classic at Ptarmigan Country Club. It was the first round this season where the Bears had two players shoot at least par during the same round. The pair of sophomores led the team to a round of 301 (+13), the team's best best round of the tournament.

Sahm scattered four birdies into her round to go along with 10 pars. She was the lone Bear to avoid recording a double-bogey all tournament. The sophomore finished 17th for the tournament at four-over par.

Hisaki matched her teammate, also tallying four birdies and 10 pars on the day on the way to a 72. She ended her tournament in 61st overall at 14-over par.

Aili Bundy shot a six-over par 78 on Tuesday, improving her score each round. She finished 77th overall at 23-over par. Hanna Atkins finished out the out the final round scoring providing a seven-over par 79 for the Bears. She would end up 65th individually at 16-over par.

Beah Cruz ended her tournament with an 81, but still ended up tying Hisaki at 14-over par for the tournament.

The Bears recorded two eagles during the tournament, more than any other team.

"Morgan stayed out of trouble and put together another good round. Marisa hit the ball well today and made some putts. These are good learning experiences and we're going to have better finishes. We'll practice this week and work on our putting and approach shots because that's where we need to get better heading into next weeks tournament in Oregon."
