Bears Finish Tied For Eighth at “Mo” Morial

BRYAN, Texas – Northern Colorado women's golf wrapped up play at the "Mo" Memorial Tournament with a gritty final-round performance, closing out the event with determination and resilience as the Bears battled through a competitive field to finish tied for eighth as a team.
Samantha Colombine led the way for Northern Colorado in the final round, carding a 1-over 73 to finish at 9-over for the tournament. Colombine delivered a steady and composed round, using consistent play across both nines to pace the Bears and secure a strong individual finish.
Timbre Shehee followed closely behind, posting a 2-over 74 on the final day to bring her tournament total to 10-over. Shehee once again showcased her consistency, remaining a reliable presence near the top of the lineup throughout the tournament.
Olivia Salonek finished at 17-over overall after recording a 79 in the final round. Salonek settled in on the back stretch and continued to fight, demonstrating her consistency over the course of the tournament.
Carolina Fallotico turned in a 76 in Round 3 to finish at 28-over for the tournament. Fallotico showed resilience throughout the final round. Jaci Hartman rounded out the Bears lineup with an 81, finishing at 26-over overall.
As a team, Northern Colorado capped off a strong three-round showing, using balanced scoring throughout the lineup to climb the leader board and secure a top-10 finish.
