Northern Colorado baseball finished its suspended game Saturday falling 4-3
STOCKTON, Calif. - Mother Nature cooperated just long enough for Northern Colorado and Pacific to finish their suspended baseball game from Friday on Saturday afternoon.

The Tigers had a 4-2 lead when play was suspended during the bottom of the fourth inning Friday afternoon and held on to win the game Saturday 4-3.

UNC's bullpen pitched 4 2/3 solid innings of ball on Saturday holding Pacific scoreless and to just one hit.
Â
Redshirt sophomore, Cole Maltese produced the only run of the day for either team. That came in the eighth inning when he hit a lead-off home run. It was his first of the year and third overall for the team.

The two teams will look to get a second and third game of the series in tomorrow with a double header. It will start at 11:00 a.m. MT.
