HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner for the Mavericks'... Was fourth in the state in 2006... Two-time Colorado state champion... Was all-conference in 2007 and 2008 as well as honorable mention all-conference in 2006... Named 2A Colorado Wrestler of the Year in 2008... Was regional champion in 2006, 2007, and 2008... As a team, the Mavericks' finished fifth in the Colorado state championships.
