2013-14: Went 22-9 during the year and 12-6 in duals...Placed third at the WWC tournament March 8...Went 4-1 during WWC regular-season action...Went 3-2 at the Southern Scuffle Jan. 1 and 2...Took first place at Northern Colorado's Old Chicago Open...Lost to four ranked opponents during the year...Won by pin twice during the season.
2012-13: Compiled a 23-9 overall record and a 9-2 dual mark to lead UNC in wins...Placed first and won the Most Pins Award after securing four pins at UNC's Old Chicago Open Nov. 17...Placed fourth with a 3-2 effort at Wyoming's Cowboy Open Nov. 3...Placed eighth after going 4-3 at the Cliff Keen Invitational Nov. 30 in Las Vegas...Total, he had five pins and one major decision during the season...Three of his losses came to wrestlers ranked nationally in the top 18 of the heavyweight class.
2011-12: Competed unattached in the first semester, winning the Old Chicago Open with a perfect 4-0 record... Ended the year with a 13-11 overall record, which included a 6-7 mark in dual matches... Won five of his final seven dual matches and went 1-2 at the NCAA West Regional.
High School: Was a two-time high school state champion in Florida… Also a NHSCA Junior National Champion and won the 285 pound title at the Super 32 Challenge in 2009… In his junior season while wrestling for American HS, he posted a perfect season at 40-0 winning the first individual state championship for the high school in 26 years.
