2013-14: Redshirted and went 11-2...Recorded a first-place performance at 141 pounds at the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Open Feb. 1 in Golden...Won by fall twice...Wrestled at 133, 141 and 149 pounds during the season.
High School: Lettered four times in wrestling at Jefferson High School in Edgewater, Colo., while compiling an 159-26 record...3A State Champion his senior year in which he went 49-2, becoming Jefferson's first ever state wrestling champion...Two-time 1st All-Conference and two-time 1st All-State selection...Four-time state qualifier... Placed at state competition three times (5th, 2nd, 1st)...Two-time regional champion...Graduated high school with the school records for most wins, pins, takedowns and near falls...also lettered in golf three times...Was a member of the National Honors Society for three years and an Academic All-American for two years...On the Principal's Honor Roll all four years.
Personal: Born April 9 to Sonya and Dennis Cisneros in Edgewater, Colo....Has one older brother, Kyle, and one younger brother, Gus....step-father Oscar Fonseca wrestled at UNC from 1998-01...will major in business.
