2009-10: Broke her own school record in the 200 breaststroke at the Conference USA Championships, swimming a 2:19.27 in the preliminaries and finished eighth overall... At the league championships also finished ninth in the 400 IM (4:27.78) and 19th in the 200 IM (2:08.73)... Recorded the fifth fastest time in school history in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.22)... Named to the ESPN The Magazine All-District VII At-Large team for the second-straight season.
2008-09: Broke the school record in the 400 IM, swimming a 4:27.61 and at the Conference USA championship set the school record in the 200 breaststroke at 2:21.11... Was named to the ESPN The Magazine All-District VII Second Team in the women's at-large category... Her 2:08.43 she swam in the 200 IM also ranks third in school history and her 59.77 in the 100 butterfly ranks 10th.
2007-08: In her first year for the Bears, Tori swam a season-best 2:24.58 in the 200-meter Breastroke at the Husker Invitational ... She also swam her best time (2:12.07) in the 200-meter Medley at the Husker Invitational.
Prep: Tori was a two-year letterwinner at Catalina High for her junior and senior seasons… Swam under Coach Dale Payne for the Falcons where she competed in the breaststroke and the butterfly… Was named a Scholastic High School All- American by USA Swimming from 2005-2007… Her High School team won the State Swimming Championship seven years in a row from 2000-2006.
Personal: Tori is the daughter of Phil and Nancy Gutt… She was born in Tucson, Ariz. on August 9, 1989.
