2025-26: Continued her development as a key IM and butterfly swimmer in her sophomore season, highlighted by a seventh-place finish in the 400 IM (4:24.28) at the MPSF Championships. Her time of 4:24.28 met CSCAA B standards and ranks No. 5 all-time in program history.

Also recorded a personal-best 2:05.52 in the 200 IM, placing 12th at the conference meet, while adding a 16th-place finish in the 200 fly. Posted season-best times of 2:03.95 in the 200 fly and 57.67 in the 100 fly, continuing to contribute across multiple events for Northern Colorado.

2024-25: Swam five personal bests at the Trailblazer Invitational; 50y fly (27.02), 100y fly (57.95), 200y fly (2:06.76), 200y IM (2:08.71) and the 400y IM ( 4:28.54)

High School: Manoli distinguished herself as an elite swimmer, earning the title of Best Female Swimmer in the Youth Category of Cyprus in 2023. She became a 4x national champion in both 2023 and 2024, showcasing her dominance in the pool. Additionally, she received her high school’s Sportsmanship Award, reflecting her character and leadership.
