Bio
2018-19: Competing in all nine of the team's tournaments, Polivchak averaged 76.07 strokes per round. Her season low round came at the Hobble Creek Classic where she shot a 70. She finished in the top 10 once and top 25 three times. The top 10 finish came at the Rose City Collegiate where she took fifth place by shooting a season best three round total of 222.
2017-18: Polivchak played in all 8 tournaments this season, the Big Conference Championship, and she even competed in one of the tournaments as an individual. She shot a season-low of 71 in the second round of the Big Sky Tournament leaving her with a total score of 223 and finishing in 12th place overall for the whole tournament. Polivchak also shined in the Bobcat Spring Invitational ending in 7th place with a total score of 221 and coming in first place out of UNC's Team. Polivchak also finished in the top 25 players for 5 tournaments, one being the Big Sky Tournament. In the Colorado Wollenberg's Ram Classic Tournament Polivchak competed individually, and she cme in 43rd place with an ending score of 226.Â
High School: The final addition to the 2017-18 women's golf roster is Nicole Polivchak. Polivchak will join the team from Florida... She also holds citizenship in Poland, where she has been a staple on the women's golf Polish National team for the past two years... She has traveled the world representing her country on the international stage as only one of six golfers on the elite team... Her resume includes tournaments in Poland, South Africa, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Iceland, England and Wales... Also had a preps career in Florida, competing for Riverview High School... Her junior year, she was a co-medalist at the Florida State Districts tournament, advancing to the Regional championships... Also had numerous Top 3 finishes on the Florida State Golf Association Junior Tour... Is a five-time winner of the Sarasota Junior City Championship, placing first in every age division she was 13... She currently holds a 1.2 handicap and plans to compete in the 2020 Olympics for Poland.
Nicole is the daughter of Rodger and Izabela. She was also recruited by Florida Atlantic.
