Cross Country: Ran a season best time of 18:47.3 in the 5k at the UIW Invitational. Competed in the 6k at the Golden Eagle Invitational where she finished in 22:09.2.

2023 – Graduate Student

Cross Country: Competed in the 5k at the 2023 Greeno/Dirksen Invite where she ran a personal best time of 18:09.0. Also ran a personal best 6k at the Highlander Invitational in 21:45.9.

Cross Country: Competed in five events. Ran a PR in the 6k (22:47.6) and in the 3-Mile (18:22.7). Recorded one top-five finish (third at the North Central College Red/White XC Open).

Cross Country: Ran to a season-best 24:28.3 at the Gil Dodds Invite on Sept. 21 ... Competed in four races for the Bears, including three 6K courses.
