- 2024 Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team
2024 – SeniorÂ
Cross Country: Ran her season best time in the 5k at the UIW Invitational with 18:51.1. Also competed at the Golden Eagle Invitational where she ran the 6k in 22:46.0. Finished 41st at the Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships and ran at the NCAA DI Mountain Region Cross Country Championships.
2023 – JuniorÂ
Cross Country: Ran a personal record 17:49.2 in the 5k at the 2023 Greeno/Dirksen Invite. Also competed at the Highlander Invitational where she ran a personal best 21:15.0 in the 6k. At the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships, Rylance ran the 6k in 22:16.6 and helped the team to a 16th place finish. Â
2022 – SophomoreÂ
Cross Country: Competed at the 2022 Greeno/Dirksen Invite and ran the 5k in a season best 18:29.3. Also ran at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships and finished the 6k in 24:27.3.Â
2021 – FreshmanÂ
Outdoor:Â Competed in three meets, running the 1500m and 3000 steeplechase. Placed second in the 3000 steeplechase and set a personal record with a time of 11:30.36 at the Rock Chalk Classic. Set a personal record in the 1500m with a time of 5:01.95 at the Jerry Quiller Classic
Indoor:Â Competed in seven meets, including the Big Sky Championships running in the mile, 800m, and 4x400m relay. Competed in the mile and distance medley at the Championships, placing 20th and 8th, respectively.
Cross Country: Participated in four meets including the Big Sky Championship where she had her best run of the year finishing the 5K in 18:39.3Â
