Bio
HIGH SCHOOL: Baxter attended Lincoln High School in Portland, Oregon in Spring 2017. He lettered in baseball for three years, three in swimming, and two in water polo.
He was a First Time First Team All-State Pitcher, Second Time First Team All League Pitcher, First Time All League Pitcher of the Year, First Time First Team All League 1st Base.
He also received two state titles in swimming, one state All-State and All-District honers. He holds an Oregon State record in both 400 freestyle and 200 medley relays.
Baxter is the son of Scott and Amy Halligan, and he has one sister Mackenzie who is twenty years old.
He is a Sports and Exercise Science Major.
