Northern Colorado Women’s Golf Sit Ninth After Two Rounds at Dr. Donnis Invitational

'AIEA, O'AHU, Hawaii. – Northern Colorado women's golf wrapped up the opening two rounds of the Dr. Donnis Invitational, battling through a competitive field and steady conditions as multiple Bears delivered consistent performances across both rounds.
On the team leader board, the Bears currently sit ninth out of 13 teams heading into the final round.
Leading the way for UNC through 36 holes is Samantha Colombine, who carded rounds of 74 and 74 to finish at +6 overall. Colombine showed consistency throughout both rounds, pacing the Bears with balanced scoring and positioning herself among the top competitors entering the final day.
Jaci Hartman followed closely behind at +8, posting rounds of 74 and 76. Hartman remained steady across the first two rounds, highlighting her play with strong stretches that kept her within striking distance on the leader board.
Timbre Shehee and Olivia Salonek each finished the day at +10 overall. Shehee recorded rounds of 74 and 78, while Salonek improved in round two with a 73 after opening with a 79, marking one of the team's best single-round scores of the tournament so far.
Carolina Fallotico added a +13 total posting a 75 in round one and an 80 in round two. Shae Maiorana, competing as an individual, rounded out the group at +20 with a 78 in round one and 84 in round two.
