Bears Finish Day One at Gene Miranda Invitational

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Northern Colorado men's golf wrapped up the opening round of the Gene Miranda Invitational on Saturday, finishing in 10th place with a team score of 369 at the Eisenhower Golf Course.
Kaelen Dulany led the way for the Bears, firing a strong 2-under 70 to open the tournament. His performance puts him in a tie for 8th place individually heading into Sunday's second round.
Tommie Clark and Cooper Tate each carded a 1-over 73, placing them in a tie for 36th on the individual leaderboard.
Rowan MacDonald posted a 4-over 76, while Thomas Barnes Grimes rounded out the team's scoring with a 5-over 77.
Northern Colorado will look to build on its momentum in round two, aiming to climb the leaderboard ahead of Monday's final round.
