Shehee Paces Bears at Lady Clerico Tournament

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — The Northern Colorado Women's Golf team opened the 2025 season with an impressive performance at the Lady Clerico, finishing third overall at Hillcrest Country Club in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
The Bears were led by standout play from Timbre Shehee who put together three consistent rounds to claim second place individually. Shehee set the tone with an even-par 72 in round one, then delivered a remarkable five-under 67 in the second round—the lowest score recorded by a Bear in the event. She capped her tournament play with a one under 71.
Samantha Colombine started strong with a one-under 71 before closing out the tournament inside the top 15, while Olivia Salonek showcased resilience and growth. After opening with a 78, Salonek bounced back with a 74 and then fired an impressive one-under 71 in the final round to also land inside the top 20.
Jaci Hartman matched Colombine's opening 71 and remained steady throughout the week, finishing tied for 25th, finishing the tournament with a strong three over 75.
Shae Maiorana continued to gain momentum as the tournament went on, trimming strokes each round and showing grit and focus across all three days.
With multiple Bears inside the top 20 and the team firmly in contention, Northern Colorado's third-place finish marks a strong start to the season.
The Bears demonstrated both depth and determination, setting the stage for a promising year ahead.
