Bears Tied for Fourth Heading into Final Round

TACOMA, Wash. – The Northern Colorado women's golf team is in strong contention at the Seattle U Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational, sitting in a tie for fourth place on the team leaderboard after two rounds of play at Tacoma Golf Club
Leading the way for the Bears is Timbre Shehee, who continues her stellar fall season. Coming off a top 10 finish at the Lady Clerico Invitational, Shehee delivered back-to-back impressive rounds—opening with an even-par 72, followed by a one-under 71. Her consistent play has her tied for sixth place individually heading into the final round.
Olivia Salonek also put together a solid day, posting even-par scores of 72 in both rounds. Her steady performance has earned her a spot in the top 10, currently tied for eighth place overall.
Samantha Colombine turned in a strong showing with a 3-over 75 in the first round and a 2-over 74 in the second, placing her in a tie for 34th.
After a slow start in round one with a 5-over 77, Jaci Hartman bounced back in round two, shaving off three strokes for a 2-over 74. She currently sits tied for 43rd.
Carolina Fallotico opened with a 2-over 74 in round one and carded a 7-over 79 in round two. She's tied for 53rd on the leaderboard.
Competing as an individual, Logan Culpepper shot a 7-over 79 in round one and followed with a 10-over 82 in the second round, placing her in a tie for 74th.
With two rounds completed, the Bears are poised for a strong finish. The team will look to capitalize on their momentum and climb the leaderboard in Tuesday's final round.
