GREELEY, Colo. – Looking to build off a strong fall campaign, Northern Colorado tees off the spring at the Bowling Green Intercollegiate on the blue course at Wigwam Golf Club (par 70/6,373 yards) in Litchfield Park, Ariz., Tuesday and Wednesday.
Teams play 36 holes Tuesday, beginning with a shotgun starting at 8 a.m. MT.
Timbre Shehee, Jaci Hartman, Samantha Colombine, Carolina Fallotico, Kailey Bass and Olivia Salonek round out the lineup for the Bears.
The 11-team field includes Abilene Christian, Bowling Green (host), Butler, Eastern Kentucky, Idaho, Montana, Northern Colorado, Northern Illinois, Stephen F. Austin, Utah Valley and UTEP.

UNC added Tina Barrett as assistant coach before the fall and the team produced strong results in all five tournaments.
"She brings 20 years on the LGPA Tour," UNC Director of Golf Clayton Sikorski said. "She brings a magnificent work ethic and bonded well with the players. We are lucky to have her on our staff.
Shehee, Hartman and Colombine played in all five events in the fall for UNC.
LAST TIME OUT
Timbre Shehee crushed Northern Colorado women's golf 54-hole record at the Clash at Boulder Creek – hosted by Northern Arizona – at Boulder Creek Golf Course (par 72/6,334 yards) Oct. 21-22.
Shehee placed third with her career-best 14-under par. She capped off the record-setting 202, with five birdies over the final round and finished in the fall as the highest-ranked student-athlete in the Big Sky.
The Bears smashed the program's previous best 54-hole low of 880 with a 2-under par 287-289-286—862).
