PREVIEW: Bears Host Cal Baptist in MPSF Home Dual Saturday

GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado swimming & diving returns home on Saturday, November 8 for a MPSF dual meet against Cal Baptist. Competition begins at 10 a.m. at Butler-Hancock Pool.

The meet is free for fans. For fans unable to attend, the meet will be livestreamed on the Northern Colorado YouTube Channel.
SCOUTING THE LANCERS
CBU is currently sitting in eighth of 11 teams in the MPSF dual rankings with 619.60 points. In championship rankings, the Lancers sit in ninth with 526.02 points.
LAST TIME OUT
Northern Colorado swimming & diving continued its strong fall season with an impressive performance in Laramie, earning dual victories over Wyoming and Colorado School of Mines. The Bears were led by standout efforts across the board, highlighted by a 400 medley relay win from Martina Yuki Trionfetti, Maria Erokhina, Ellyson Lombardi, and Kyra Rabess to open the meet. Lombardi also dominated the 200 fly, while Erokhina swept both breaststroke events and Avi Tromp captured the 100 IM with a CSCAA
National Invitational–qualifying time. On the boards, Mireya Ruiz and Addison Campbell posted top-four finishes on 3-meter, and UNC capped the meet with a narrow win in the 200 free relay to seal a milestone day that included head coach Lisa Ebeling's 50th career dual victory; the most in UNC's Division I era.
The Bears are third in the MPSF dual rankings with 649.65 points and sixth in championship rankings with 556.15.

The Bears will wrap up their fall schedule at the Magnus Cup Invite November 20-22 in Cleveland, Ohio.
