Four Bears Named to Big Sky All Conference Team

GREELEY, Colo. – Four athletes named to Big Sky All-Conference teams, the league officials announced Sunday afternoon.
Following an impressive 2025 season that saw the Bears finish with an 11–5 conference record, multiple players were recognized for their consistency, leadership, and impact on the court.
Isabel Bennett earned a spot on the Big Sky First Team All-Conference. A driving force in Northern Colorado's offense, Bennett has compiled 246 kills to date while maintaining an impressive .301 hitting percentage. Her steady presence and efficiency have been key components of the Bears' offensive rhythm.
Three additional Bears—Brynn Reines, Zoe Gibbs, and Alayna Tessena—were selected to the Big Sky Second Team All-Conference.
Reines has recorded 329 kills this season and continues to be a reliable attacking option, contributing across rotations with her competitive energy.
Gibbs has totaled 251 kills while hitting a team-high .360, establishing herself as a dominant front-row presence and a consistent scoring threat.
Tessena, who leads the team with 370 kills, has been essential to the Bears' success. Her ability to attack effectively from multiple positions on the court has provided steady pressure against opposing defenses all season long.
These honors underscore the Bears' commitment to excellence, hard work, and the program's Blue-Collar Standards—values that have shaped the programs identity.
