PREVIEW: Bears Prepare For Two Conference Matches at Home

GREELEY, Colo – Northern Colorado volleyball (12-14, 9-4 Big Sky) returns to Bank of Colorado Arena with two key matches.
The Bears are coming off a split road trip, falling to Portland State (11-13, 7-6 Big Sky) in four sets. On Sunday, Northern Colorado bounced back quickly, defeating Sacramento State (16-9, 9-4 Big Sky) in a thrilling five set match.
Brynn Reines led the offensive charge for the Bears this past week. On Thursday versus PSU, she tallied 12 kills to power the Bears' attack throughout the match. She followed that up with a team-high 15 kills against Sacramento State, leading the Bears to a big conference win.
Bella anchored the Bears' defense, leading the back line to keep Northern Colorado competitive against Portland State and then helping secure a win over Sacramento State. Against PSU, she posted a game-high 25 digs, and on Saturday versus Sacramento State, she added 16 more to guide the Bears to a key conference win.
The Bears will prepare to host Idaho State on Thursday, November 13 and Weber State on Saturday, November 15. First serve for both matches are set for 6 p.m. MT

The Bengals come to Greeley with a 9-15 overall record, and a 5-7 conference record. Idaho State is currently on a two game winning streak and will look to carry that momentum into Bank of Colorado Arena.
Weber State Wildcats
The Wildcats currently hold a 15-9 overall record, with a 7-5 conference record. In the first match up between Northern Colorado and Weber State, The Wildcats swept the Bears at Swenson gym. The Bears will look to flip the script and even out the season series on Saturday.
