PREVIEW: Bears Set for Two Match Home Stand
10/7/2025 12:30:00 PM | Women's Volleyball
GREELEY, Colo. — Northern Colorado Volleyball (5-11, 2-2) is set for a pivotal two-match home stand this week, welcoming Sacramento State (9-6, 2-1) and Portland State (6-8, 2-1) to the Bank of Colorado Arena for a pair of key Big Sky Conference showdowns on Thursday, October 9 and Saturday, October 11.
The Bears return home after a competitive road trip in Big Sky country. They delivered a statement win against Montana, ending the Grizzlies' impressive 10-match winning streak with a dominant four-set performance. The momentum nearly carried over into the next match against Montana State, where the Bears pushed the Bobcats to the brink in every set, ultimately falling just short in a tightly contested four-set battle.
Now holding a 3-1 record on their home court, Northern Colorado looks to take full advantage of their upcoming match ups.
With the Big Sky standings still wide open, these two matches offer a critical opportunity for the Bears to climb the ranks and solidify their position as a conference contender.
