Bears Sit 10th After Two Rounds at Powercat Invitational

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Northern Colorado sits in 10th place after two rounds of play at the Powercat Invitational, hosted by Kansas State at Colbert Hills Golf Course.
Senior Timbre Shehee leads the Bears at 12-over through 36 holes, tied for 24th on the individual leaderboard. Just one stroke behind, Jaci Hartman and Olivia Salonek are tied for 27th at 13-over. Carolina Fallotico (+17, T48) and Samantha Colombine (+21, T63) round out the Bears' scoring through the first two rounds.
Host Kansas State leads the field at 8-over, followed by Cincinnati (+26) and Wichita State (+29).
Northern Colorado will return to the course Tuesday morning for the third and final round, looking to climb the leaderboard and close out its fall slate on a strong note.
