GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado announced an exciting and challenging 2024 schedule Friday.
"We are excited about the schedule we have put together," head coach Lyndsey Oates said. "It is a great balance of teams that will really challenge us and teams that will help us build confidence."
The Bears face the other four NCAA Division I programs in Colorado, six matches against Power-5 schools and seven teams that appeared in the 2023 postseason.
"I am most excited about playing all 4 of the Colorado schools in one season," Oates said. "Unfortunately, all of those will be on the road, but it will be great to get in front of alums, recruits and Bear fans from across the state. Our team had a great off-season and is really looking forward a great fall!"
UNC hosts 15 matches in 2024, including seven of its first eight matches, beginning with an exhibition against Arizona (Aug. 24). The Bears kick off the regular season with back-to-back contests against Michigan State (Aug. 30) and Florida (Aug. 31).
