Northern Colorado Rally Falls Short in Regular-Season Finale

Bears Clinch No. 5 seed in Big Sky Tournament
GREELEY, Colo. – Three Northern Colorado student-athletes scored in double-digits but could not overcome a slow start to the second half and dropped a 67-61 decision Monday evening in the regular-season finale from the Bank of Colorado Arena.
Senior Hannah Simental scored a team-high 13 points, grabbed six rebounds, and handed out six assists.
Sophomore Seneca Hackley added 10 points and sophomore Aniah Hall came off the bench and scored 10 points.
Senior Delaynie Byrne added nine points and grabbed seven boards.
Freshman Tatum West and sophomore Gabi Fields each scored eight points.
