THE MATCHUP –- UNC continues its 16-game road swing to start the season with a rare wrap-around series at New Mexico State Friday – Monday. The Bears trail 15-33 in the all-time series, including 12-23 in Las Cruces. UNC enters with an 0-8 mark this season, while the Aggies won two of their eight games.

THE SCHEDULE — The 2024 schedule features a 16-game road trip to open the campaign, with their season opener doubling as the conference opener. The Bears host St. Thomas March 15-17 in the first action of the season at Jackson Field. UNC makes a midweek trip for a pair in Utah against the Utes March 19-20, before welcoming Omaha to Greeley. Following a four-game trip, with three at South Dakota State UNC makes its first of two trips to Air Force. The Bears return home for a three-game set against Oral Roberts, the defending conference champions and made it all the way to the 2023 College World Series. They head to Colorado Springs for the second-consecutive midweek clash with the Falcons, before taking on North Dakota State April 12-14. UNC hits the road for six of its next seven games, traveling to Omaha and St. Thomas, with a home contest against Air Force sandwiched between the weekend sets. Following the trip to St. Paul, Minnesota for a clash with the Tommies, UNC hosts its final four games at home for the campaign, with a midweek matchup against the Falcons and three against South Dakota State. The Bears close on the road with three at Oral Roberts and three at North Dakota State.
