Saint Thomas and Aniah Hall Earn MyGreeley.Com UNC Student-Athletes of the Week

GREELEY, Colo. – Saint Thomas (men's basketball) and Aniah Hall (women's basketball) garnered MyGreeley.Com UNC Student-Athletes of the Week for their performances during the week of January 15-21.
Thomas finished with 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists, a career-high four steals, and a block in the 77-75 triumph over Sacramento State.
Against Portland State, he totaled 20 points, 13 boards, five assists, and a steal in the 90-61 win. During the team's 28-0 run, Thomas scored 10 - all in the second half, when the rest of the team tallied 15 as the Bears opened the period with 25 straight points.
He averaged 45.2 percent (14-31) from the field, including 36.3 percent (4-11) from 3-point range. He connected on all eight free-throw attempts.
Hall had the best game of her young career in UNC's 71-54 win over Portland State.
The sophomore came off the bench and tallied 24 points and 16 rebounds, both career highs. Hall was efficient with the basketball and finished 11-for-13 from the field and handed out three assists.
At Sac State, Hall scored 13 points and recorded a team-high seven rebounds in the 72-59 win. Hall was also 5-for-6 at the free-throw line.
