Big 12 and Big Ten Opponents Highlight UNC Home Soccer Schedule

GREELEY, Colo. – The University of Northern Colorado soccer team has unveiled their schedule for the 2023 season.
UNC's campaign begins on April 8 with an exhibition match against Colorado College at Jackson Field. The Bears then host Colorado State for a second exhibition match, later that week, on Aug. 11.
The Bears head to Boulder to take on the Buffs on Aug. 17, before returning home to host Iowa State on Sunday, Aug. 20, and Michigan State on Aug. 24.
UNC heads out on a long road stretch for eight consecutive contests. In that stretch the Bears will play against: Air Force, Denver, Wyoming, North Dakota, North Dakota State, Nevada, Long Beach State, and Portland State.
Northern Colorado returns home to host Sacramento State on Sept. 24, Idaho State on Sept. 29, and Weber State on Oct. 1. The Bears then play Northern Arizona in Flagstaff for their lone game in the second week of October.
UNC then hosts Montana for its final home match of the regular season on Oct. 15.
The Bears close out the regular season on the road with games at Idaho on Oct. 20, and Eastern Washington on Oct. 22.
The 2023 Big Sky Conference Soccer Championship is scheduled to begin on Nov. 1 and is hosted by Northern Arizona.
