UNC closes out the home portion of the 2023 slate Sunday, Oct. 15, against Montana. Prior to the match, the team will honor five seniors for their contributions to the program during their time in Greeley. With three games remaining on the schedule, the Bears hold the eighth spot on the Big Sky table. The top six teams qualify for the Big Sky Soccer Tournament and UNC trails Eastern Washington and Idaho State by one point. Montana and Portland State sit atop the table with 13 points.

Northern Colorado suffered a 3-0 setback against Northern Arizona at Lumberjack Stadium Sunday. The Lumberjacks outshot the Bears, 25-6, including shots on goal 13-4. UNC committed eight fouls while inducing 10 by NAU. The Lumberjacks registered four corner kicks, while the Bears had two. The Bears goalkeepers combined for 10 saves, while NAU registered five.
