Baseball Releases 2023 Schedule

GREELEY, Colo. – UNC head baseball coach Mike Anderson announced the 2023 baseball schedule on Wednesday, which features 16 home games at Jackson Field, a full Summit League slate, and several Power 5 opponents.
"The UNC Baseball program continues to stay focused on the development of our student-athletes.," said Anderson. "We have created a new culture and are building confidence daily. I hope this schedule and competition can reveal our New Vibe!"
The Bears open their season on February 17 with a three-game road swing at Colorado-Colorado Springs.
UNC's home-opener is set for February 21 versus Colorado School of Mines (doubleheader).
The Bears then travel to New Mexico (March 3-5), Nebraska (March 7-8), San Diego (March 10-12), Utah (March 21-22) and return home March 24-26 for its conference-opening series vs. South Dakota State.
UNC hosts UCCS (March 28) in a non-conference game, and returns to conference play at Omaha (March 31-April 3). UNC hosts St. Thomas (April 7-9) in a Summit League series, travels to Mines (April 11), returns to conference play at Oral Roberts (April 14-16).
UNC hosts Mines (April 19) and travels to Western Illinois (April 21-23) for a conference slate. The Bears travel to Mines (April 25), host CSU-Pueblo (April 26) and travels to Air Force (May 3).
The rest of May is dedicated to conference play.
UNC hosts North Dakota State (May 5-7), travels to South Dakota State (May 12-14), and hosts Omaha (May 19-21) in final regular-season series.
Summit League Tournament is May 24-28 in Fargo, N.D.
