ACCORDING TO COACH SICKLER
"Today we had a solid day of getting out and working on being aggressive in areas that we have been focusing on in practice. A number of Bears made the finals in their events and we're really proud of them for competing well in our first meet of 2023. We are looking forward to utilizing things we learned from competition today to improve each technical area of the events for future competitions."
