Eight Baseball Student-Athletes Make Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.- A total of eight UNC Baseball student-athletes have earned a spot on the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence as announced by the Summit League on Friday. This announcement comes on the heels of the release of the 2021-22 Summit League Academic Honor Roll where the team had 12 honorees.
To qualify for the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence, student-athletes must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better and use a year of eligibility in the sport for which they are nominated.
All eight of the Bears named to the list also earned a spot on the league's honor roll earlier in the week. Three of them secured perfect 4.0 cumulative GPAs in Lucas Allen, Logan Chase, and Sam Colehower.
