Women's Golf Competes in Red Rock Invitational this Weekend

UNC women's golf competes in the 19 team Red Rocks Invitational
GREELEY, Colo. – Headed to the Red Rocks. Not the ones in Colorado, but the ones in Sedona, Arizona. UNC women's golf makes its way to Arizona for the Red Rocks Invitational hosted by Northern Arizona. The Bears are one of 19 teams to compete at Oakcreek Country Club on Saturday and Sunday.
Northern Colorado sends the lineup of Camila Velasquez, Maria Vallejo, Abbi Fleiner, Jenna Chun and Amy Chitkoksoong to the 54-hole tournament. The teams will complete 36-holes on Saturday before the final round 18 on Sunday.
Velasquez is coming off a top 40 finish last week at the Lady Thunderbird Invitational.
UNC is one of eight Big Sky schools competing in Sedona this weekend.
