UNC Athletics and Northern Colorado Credit Union Present the Campus Free Throw Challenge

Departments compete for prizes and bragging rights at women's basketball games.
In order to continue to engage the campus community, UNC Athletics and Northern Colorado Credit Union have teamed up to present the second annual Campus Free Throw Challenge.
The NCCU Challenge features two campus units of three to four staff members competing against one another simultaneously at both ends of the court to make as many free throws as they can in 30 seconds. The winning team at each game wins a prize and the top two team scores for the year will face off for the title at Senior Day, Friday, March 6. Teams will compete at each regular season home conference game beginning Thursday, January 9.
The winning team for the year will receive the traveling Northern Colorado Credit Union Free Throw Challenge Trophy for the year, a catered lunch for their department or organization and 2020-21 women's basketball season tickets.
"We are always looking for creative ways to engage our campus community," said Director of Athletics Darren Dunn. "The NCCU Campus Free Throw Challenge is a fun way to create excitement and competition on campus while bringing attention to our exceptional women's basketball program."

Northern Colorado Credit Union, formerly College Credit Union, first opened its doors on the campus of the University of Northern Colorado in 1935.
