It's a big weekend for UNC soccer. It all starts with a pair of matches on Friday the alumni match on Saturday and closes out with the first ID camp on Sunday.
The Bears take on a pair of Denver area schools to start things with Metro State at 3 p.m. and Regis at 7 p.m.
"It has been a very good spring so far with all of our players seeing good minutes. Friday gives us a chance for every player to play at least 75 minutes on the day," UNC head coach Tim Barrera said.
Northern Colorado beat Colorado State and CSU – Pueblo in the last spring matches.
The middle day will see over 30 former players come back to campus to take on the current group of Bears.
"The alumni game is always a great event for graduated players and former coaches to return to campus," said Barrera.
Finally, on Sunday UNC will host the first of their ID Camp series.
"The ID camp on Sunday is a great opportunity for prospects to train at our facility and play for our coaching staff. We have numerous current players who have been to camps in the past," Barrera said.
The camp will be small, which will allow for more one-on-one coaching from the UNC staff. Spots are still available and campers can sign up until the start of the camp.
