@UNC_BearsMBB hits the road looking to extend its winning streak

It was an eventful homestand for Northern Colorado that saw them pick up a pair of wins and now they hit the road for a pair of games against what will be rested opponents. The trip starts against Idaho, the Vandals haven't played since Feb. 9 in a loss to Montana State.

- The three games at Bank of Colorado Arena saw a number of impressive performances. Jonah Radebaugh set a new career-high for points scored with 28 against Portland State.
- Jordan Davis averaged 22 points a game over the stay at home that brought him to within just 18 points of becoming the Bears all-time leading scorer.
- UNC is currently alone in second place a game ahead of Weber State and a game behind Montana.
- The Bears play both of them in the next two weeks.
- NC remains the only team in the conference in the top three in both scoring offense and defense.
IDAHO INSIGHT
- UI has lost nine-straight games, which started with that loss to UNC.
- It was the only game decided by less than 10 points during their current slide.
- Trevon Allen and Cameron Tyson at 14 and 13.3 points a game.
- Idaho has the third highest 3-point field goal percentage in the Big Sky.
BREAKING DOWN THE MATCHUP
- UNC is second in the league in scoring, while UI is last.
- Idaho doesn't make as many triples as UNC, just eight a game, but they are right ahead of the Bears in percentage.
- Idaho is second in the conference in 3 point FG defense, UNC made 11 in the first meeting it was the second most allowed by UI in conference play.
- Northern Colorado has won the last two meetings against the Vandals.
INSIDE EASTERN
- Following the loss to the Bears, EWU was 1-3 in Big Sky play. Since, they are 5-3 including a win over Montana.
- In their last game on Feb. 9, Eastern pushed the Griz to the edge again losing by just a single point.
- The Eagles have a trio of double digits scorers led by Jacob Davison and Mason Peatling both hovering around 15 a game.
- Jesse Hunt rounds out the trio at 14 points a game.
- The Eagles have drastically improved their 3-point shooting in Big Sky play, they have the second highest percentage in conference games.
BREAKING DOWN THE MATCHUP
- Eastern is the only team in the league who is outscoring Idaho and only Weber State scores more points than the Bears.
- In the first meeting, UNC held Davison to just four points, 11 under his average.
- On the flip side, Davis posted his third 30-point game of the season.
- Eastern will have been off for a full week by the time game time rolls around.
