Hisaki Helps @UNC_Bear_Golf Improve Team Score Tuesday

Marisa Hisaki shot a 1-over 73 to help UNC women's golf improve by five strokes on Tuesday
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – UNC women's golf returned to the course Tuesday for the Ptarmigan Ram Classic, improving by five strokes as a team by shooting a 304. Marisa Hisaki led the team on the day, with 1-over, 73.
Hisaki's round helped her move 17 spots up the leaderboard, now sitting in a tie for 38th entering tomorrow's final round. She shot an even-par, 36 on her first nine of the day, which ended up being the back nine, recovering from bogeying two of the first three holes with back-to-back birdies on 14 and 15. Hisaki recorded a pair of birdies on the front nine as well.
Beah Cruz followed up her opening round 72, with a 76 on Tuesday to move into a tie for 17th through two rounds. Cruz recorded a pair of birdies on the round.
Morgan Sahm sits just outside the top 30 through two rounds after shooting a 76 as well on Tuesday. Sahm is tied for 32nd, one stroke out of the top 30 with a total of 152.
The trio of Nicole Polivchak, Aili Bundy and Jenna Chun all shot matching 79s in the round.
