Shehee Finishes Runner-Up to Lead Bears at Bentwater Collegiate

ACWORTH, Ga. – Northern Colorado women's golf closed out play at the Bentwater Women's Collegiate on a high note, highlighted by a runner-up finish from Timbre Shehee, marking her second runner-up finish of the 2025-26 season.
As a team, the Bears placed sixth out of 12 in a competitive field, showcasing steady and consistent play across the lineup throughout the two-day event.
Shehee led the way with an impressive final-round 69 (-3), the low round of the day for Northern Colorado, to climb the leader board and finish in a tie for second place. Her round featured a 33 on the front nine and a steady 36 on the back, as she surged into contention with composed, under-par golf.
Samantha Colombine carded a 79 (+7) in her final round to finish tied for 19th, marking her seventh top 25 finish of the season and continuing her consistent play throughout the year.
Olivia Salonek finished tied for 24th overall at +19, posting a final-round 79 to contribute to the Bears team total. Jaci Hartman recorded an 87 (+15) in her final round, finishing in a tie for 51st, while Carolina Fallotico rounded out the team scoring with an 84 (+12), placing tied for 61st at +36 overall.
Competing as an individual, Shae Maiorana turned in a final-round 80 (+8) to finish tied for 56th at +32 for the tournament.
Shehee's runner-up finish stands as Northern Colorado's top individual performance and provides a strong highlight as the Bears continue their spring campaign.
