UNC Women's Tennis Sweeps Colorado College

The Bears earned their third win by shutout of the season, 7-0
GREELEY, Colo. – UNC won their third shut out of the season on Saturday, defeating Colorado College 7-0.
Northern Colorado started the day by sweeping the doubles matches to take the team point. Nationally-ranked Beth Coton and Remi Immler won the No. 1 match 6-4, with the Bears also taking matches No. 2 and No. 3, 6-1 and 6-2, respectively.
In singles matches, it was another sweep for the UNC Bears, taking all six matches by storm. Sophomore Lea Krajcovicova won the No. 1 match over Fiona Cerf 6-1, 6-0, and Coton followed suit in the No. 2 match with a 6-0, 6-0 win. Hilary Walters-West, Marissa Baca, Immler, and Lily-Ana Kreutzer also all won their matches, with no dropped sets on the entire day.
Northern Colorado is right back on the Work Out West courts on Sunday morning at 10am for their first Big Sky match of the season, playing the Eastern Washington Eagles.
