Â
One of the top shortstops and right handed hitters in the state of Colorado…1st team all-Eastern Metro Athletic Conference as junior in 2014, 2nd team all-conference as a sophomore in 2013…Selected to Team Colorado in 2013, 2014, the Colorado Rockies Scout team in 2014, and the Colorado All-Star Game in 2014… Lettered 3 times for Brighton Varsity Head Coach Ray Garza…In 2014 he batted .398, with 28 RBIs, 4 HRs, 13 XBHs, and 24 Runs scored…3-time Academic All-State.
Â
Northern Colorado Head Coach Coach Carl Iwasaki on Reynolds:
"Conner is a physical shortstop who is a homegrown Colorado standout. He has above average offense tools, possesses an ability to drive the baseball, and is a charismatic leader on and off the field. He projects to have an immediate offensive impact the moment he arrives on campus."
Â
Brighton HS Head Coach Ray Garza on Reynolds:
"Conner has had an amazing career here at Brighton. He has played on the varsity since his freshman year and has always produced offensively and defensively. It has been enjoyable to watch him develop from a talented kid into a bona fide Division 1 player. UNC is going to be very happy with what they got…Conner is a dynamic hitter with plus power to all fields and a keen sense of the strike zone. He is driving the ball to both gaps, has become a dynamic base runner, and has turned himself into a legitimate defensive infielder that can play any position in the infield…Conner has been excellent for us at Brighton High School and is still filling and growing out and in doing so will get much stronger. After he fully fills out physically I feel his abilities and talents will take him beyond his college career, but until then UNC will truly benefit during the process."
