Women's Basketball Hosts Western State for Home Opener

Coming off an undefeated road trip, UNC women's basketball hosts Western State
After defeating SMU and North Texas on the road to open the season, UNC women's basketball comes home to host in-state foe Western State.

About The Mountaineers
Western State competes in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference at the NCAA Division II level. The Mountaineers are currently 0-2, and have played two exhibition games as well, falling to Wyoming and Grand Canyon. Senior forward Jade McIntosh was voted RMAC Preseason All-Conference. She is currently averaging 12.5 points and 11 rebounds per game.
