Hailey McNee joined the UNC athletics in July 2021 and currently serves as the athletic trainer for the volleyball and men's and women's golf programs. McNee was elevated to associate athletic trainer in 2023.Â
Before arriving at UNC, McNee held a full-time position at the University of Wyoming, where she worked with the volleyball and tennis programs.Â
McNee earned her Master of Arts in Education in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska Kearney, serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with primary coverage of volleyball and softball. She received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Central Arkansas, where she gained valuable experience working with women’s soccer and football.
