Aubrey Couch was named the Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement at the University of Northern Colorado in December 2025.

He serves as the primary marketing contact for all ticketed sports as well as Olympic sports.

Aubrey joined UNC as the Assistant Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement in October 2023.

Couch comes to Greeley following five years at the University of Arkansas as a Marketing Assistant and Student Assistant.

The Centennial native also had stints with the Kansas City Chiefs, Northwest Arkansas Naturals, and Future Legends.

Couch earned his Bachelors degree in Recreation & Sports Management from the University of Arkansas in 2022.
