2009: Indoor: Was a member of the4x400 meter relay team that finished fourth and won the first heatat the Big Sky Conference Championship... Competed in four meets,posting a season best time of 50.99 at the Don Barrett Duals in the400. Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 400 hurdles at theBig Sky Conference Championship and was a member of the 4x400 meterrelay team that finished fifth... Competed in seven meets with acareer-best time of 50.44 in the 400 meters at the Ram Open and aseason-best time of 54.20 in the 400 hurdles at the JackChristiansen Invitational.
2008: Indoor: Competed in just threemeets, posting a season best time of 51.02 in the 400 meters.Outdoor: Qualified for Big Sky Conference Championship inthe 400 hurdles, where he finished fifth in 54.90... Posted acareer-best time of 54.08 at the Colorado Invitational in the 400hurdles.
2007: Indoor: Competed in four meets,running the 200 and 400 meters... Posted a season best time of23.12 in the 200 and 50.61 in the 400. Outdoor: Ran at theIndependent Nationals meet in the 400 hurdles and the 4x400 meterrelay... Timed a career-best 22.80 in the 200 meters and aseason-best time of 55.58 in the 400 meter hurdles.
Prep: A 2006 graduate of Rocky Mountain HighSchool... Competed in four years of track... At the 2006 5A statetrack meet finished fifth in the 300 meter hurdles, eighth in the4x100 meter relay and third in the 4x400 meter relay.
