2009: Indoor: Competed in just the AirForce Invitational, running a personal best 11:31.13 in the 3000meters. Outdoor: Competed in seven meets, includingfinishing eighth at the Big Sky Conference Championships in the10,000 meters, the first time to compete in that distance... Placed24th at the prestigious Kansas Relays in the 5000,running a season best 18:40.06.
2008: Indoor: Competed in two meets,running the 3000 in each... Posted a season-best time of 12:10.37at the Don Barrett Air Force Open. Outdoor: Competed insix meets, running three 1500 meter races and three 5000 meterraces, as well as one 3000... Ran a season-best 19:10.27 at theSteve Scott Invitational in the 5000 in her final race of the year.

Prep: 2006 graduate of Lutheran High School...Competed in volleyball, basketball, softball and cross country forthe Mustangs... Was a member of the National Honor Society... Wasan all-district selection in basketball as well as an all-statepitcher on the diamond as a senior.
Personal: Born July 15, 1987 in Las Vegasto Doug and Robin Apsey... Has one sibling and is majoring in sport& exercise science.
