2013-14: Finished his senior season with a bang, winning three matches (two singles and one doubles) in a row to close out the spring, including a postseason win against Northern Arizona … Went 5-2 in spring singles matches at No. 6, 0-3 at No. 5 and 0-3 at No. 4 … Won his only two doubles matches of the spring with partner Eric Schuermans … During the fall season, went 3-4 in singles play including a third place finish in the singles C bracket at the Creighton Invitational … Also went 0-3 in fall doubles matches.
2012-13: Recorded the Bears’ second most spring wins with 11 at the end of his junior season … 5-4 at No. 5 and 6-4 at No. 6 … Earned a six-match win streak between March 17 against Montana and March 29 against North Dakota … Three Bears partners helped Moya total a 8-4 record, 8-3 at No. 3 and 0-1 at No. 2 … Won four of six singles matches during the fall season … Went 1-2 in fall doubles with Jordan Loughnan.
2011-12: Went 8-11 overall with a 6-8 record during the spring, all at No. 5 singles... Went 2-6 against Big Sky Conference foes... Played the majority of his doubles with Jeff Carlson, going 6-9 overall, 4-5 in duals and 1-4 in Big Sky play, all at No. 3... Also went 0-2 with Andre Lepine and 0-1 with Ryan Lane throughout the season.
2010-11: Posted a 5-13 record in the spring, playing at No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6... Went 3-8 at No. 4 and 2-4 at No. 5... Had a record of 0-8 against Big Sky Conference opponents... In doubles, was 3-7 with Jeff Moya, playing nine of the 10 matches at No. 2... Also went 1-2 with Alex Moncada and 2-3 with Andre Lepine... In Big Sky Conference doubles, was 1-7 with the three different partners.
High School: A three-time letterwinner and three-time First-Team All-Rio Hondo Conference selection for the Titans under Head Coach John Kuramoto... Helped his team to the Division 2 Team Finals in 2009... 2009 USTA Zonals Team Champion... 2010 USTA Boys 18's National Clay Court Championships... 2010 USTA Pancho Gonzalez Scholar-Athlete Grant Winner.
Personal: Born on Oct. 7 in Monterey Park, Calif... Son of Paul Moya... Majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in language arts.
