Cross Country: Ran the 5k at the 2024 Wyoming Invite, posting his personal best time of 16:41.6. Also posted personal best times in the 8k (26:15.1) at the Louisville Classic and the 4-Mile (20:37.5) at the UIW Invitational.

Cross Country: Schafer posted a personal best time in the 10k with 32:30.4 while competing at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships. This time helped the Eagles to a 12th place finish.

2021 –Sophomore

Cross Country: Competed in the 8k at the RMAC Cross Country Championships, assisting the team to a 13th place finish with a time of 28:11.5. Also ran the 10k at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships with a season best time of 33:26.9.

2020 – Freshman

Cross Country: Ran a season best time in the 8k at the 2020 RMAC Cross country Championships with a time of 28:35.0.
