- Rushed twice for eight yards and contributed a key block on a passing touchdown against Middle Tennessee State (Aug. 31)
- Returned back to action against Rutgers (Sept. 28) and carried four times for 13 yards
- Earned 28 yards on four carries playing running back against Iowa (Oct. 5)
- Carried 10 times for 46 yards at Illinois (Oct. 12)
