Personal: Son of Sasha Benner and Deante Brooks. Has three siblings: Donovan (16), Khalil (15), and London (8). His mother played basketball at Northeastern Junior College. Attended Broomfield High School in Broomfield, Colorado, where he played football, basketball, and ran track. Chose UNC because it’s close to home and offers the opportunity to continue developing on and off the field.
